Shipping Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are eligible for exchange due to defect within 7 days of delivery. Exchanged items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, salable, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags and packaging (if applicable), and with proof of purchase. Exchanges that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

A proceed of all sales benefit's charity so no monetary refund will be given only exchanges for defected merchandise.

For free exchange shipping, initiate your exchange within 7 days of delivery. For exchanges initiated after 7 days, a $9.95 return shipping charge will be charged to your original form of payment. When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or barcodes, and only include items from the same order. Please follow all exchange instructions exactly or your request will be denied, and item(s) will be returned back to you.

Non-U.S. customers the same standards apply to international returns, too.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern. We also can refuse exchange/return request without reason.
